KAPWA Community Day

Join us for a day of celebration and connection as we come together to honor Filipino Heritage Month! Our upcoming Community Day, in dialogue with DVAA Fellow Neill Catangay’s exhibition “Kapwa” exhibition, brings the rich tapestry of Filipino culture and identity to life.

“Kapwa” is an exploration of the shared themes of identity and community care, and this event invites you to be a part of that exploration. On Saturday, October 21, from 12pm to 4pm, join us at Palumbo Park (723 Catharine St) for an unforgettable afternoon filled with food, mesmerizing performances, and community care.
